OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to dust explosion, deflagration, or other fire hazards from dust collectors used at the facility.      a) An interior Deidan enclosure-less dust collector was used to collect wood dust and was not equipped with means to remove foreign materials, such as tramp metal, from the system, on or about, March 4, 2016.      b) An exterior fabric filter bag dust collector of unknown manufacturer was used to collect wood dust and was not equipped with means to remove foreign materials, such as tramp metal, from the system, on or about, March 4, 2016.      c) An exterior fabric filter bag dust collector of unknown manufacturer was used to collect wood dust and recycle filtered air back into the facility and was not equipped with spark detection and spark extinguishing system, or other means to prevent a hazard from re-entering the warehouse where the return ductwork terminated, on or about, March 4, 2016.      d) An exterior fabric filter bag dust collector of unknown manufacturer was used to collect wood dust and was not equipped with means to control deflagration hazards, on or about, March 4, 2016.      "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
