On or about February 27, 2016, two employees using Hitachi NR83A2 pneumatic nail guns, were not wearing safety glasses, exposing themselves to being it by nails or flying debris.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a. On or about February 27, 2016, on a ladder jack scaffold system, an employee performing framing operations was not protected from a 13-foot fall hazard by use of a fall protection system.
