29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface were not used: a) 125 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA: On or about February 17, 2016, an employee was accessing a ladder jack scaffold plank more than 14 feet above the ground below by climbing up the support ladder and then going over installed the scaffold platform plank to access the working level of the scaffold. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
