Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. a) Offset Press: The employer failed to ensure that the floor area remained free from water accumulation. Employees were exposed to slippery conditions while working and walking in the area.

Exit routes employees would utilize to exit the building, in the event of an emergency were obstructed by pallets, supplies and other articles. Employees were exposed to an entrapment and/or fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Press Room: Two 55 gallon cardboard drums and other articles were blocking access to a Square D Electrical Circuit Panel B: 120/240 V: TS 3 Phase. Ready and safe access to the electrical panel was not maintained in the event of emergency. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock.
