29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Roof, Autumn Leaves Memory Care Center located at 3300 Webb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA 30005: Employee was exposed to falls while engaged in framing activities on a 6/12 pitched roof at eave heights of approximately 11-feet, 2-inches with no fall protection system in place. Hipolito Loredo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1018963, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/14/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1215 Vine Street, Gainesville, GA 30501.
