29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): Certification. The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation. a) 441 Market St, York, PA - On or about February 2, 2016, the employer had not certified that each industrial truck operator has been trained and evaluated in the use of powered industrial trucks as required by paragraph (l) of 1910.178, such as, but not limited to, employees operating the RICO motorized walk behind material handler without current certification. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
