29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a) On or about 02/29/16, at a 2-story house under renovation at 4407 Overlook Dr. , Williamsville, NY: Three employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a potential fall of approx. 18 ft. from the various edges of the roof to the ground. The roof was low slope with a pitch of approx. 3 in 12. No guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system was being utilized.       NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
