29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): The employer shall ensure that flexible cords are connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On the north side of the construction site, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while operating a Rolair air-compressor with the power cord that had the outer sheathing pulled away from the strain relief device exposing employees to electrical hazards.

On the north side of the construction site, employees who worked without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while engaged in framing activities.
