29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Knockouts were missing on the following equipment: a. In the tree ring room the electrical box with the emergency stop had an unused opening on the top of the box. b. In the core room there was a disconnect box and control panel that had unused openings. International Mulch Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , 1910.305(b)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 910367, citation number 1, item number 9b and was affirmed as a final order on 04/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 315 Tolle Ave., Godfrey, IL.
