(2)On or about March 2, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when operating bench buffer #2 with an exposed rotating shaft. (3)On or about March 2, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when operating bench sander #3 with an exposed rotating shaft.
