29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a. 1301 Terrill Rd, Scotch Plains, NJ     Employees performing commercial construction activities from the from the roof were not protected from falls by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees were observed working at the edge to install a metal guardrail system without the use of fall protection.     Violation observed on or about March 1, 2016
