Employees were in the process of cutting 4x4 wood for the framing process of the newly constructed commercial building. The employees was not utilizing their eye and/or face protection, on or about March 02, 2016.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. 2240 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Duluth, GA (Panda Express) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees were using the aerial lift to perform framing work to the exterior of the newly construction single story commercial building, approximately 18 feet above ground level. Also, riding the aerial lift articulating boom basket without being tied off, on or about March 2, 2016.
