There shall be no open flame or spark producing equipment in any spraying area nor within 20 feet thereof, unless separated by a partition: On or about March 22, 2016, the flammable spray coating application, in the maintenance shop at the east end of the facility, was near spark producing equipment including, but not limited to a radio and other lighting fixtures. These items were approximately 10 to 14 feet of the operation.

All spraying areas shall be kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: On or about March 22, 2016, the flammable spray coating operation, in the maintenance shop at the east end of the facility, had boxes, equipment, and other items in the area where deposits of combustible residue could easily accumulate. The area is used several times yearly.
