Employees were exposed to a shock hazard. (b) In "the hole" near the air conditioner, electrical cables entering the junction box were not protected from abrasion and the openings were not effectively closed. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.

Under the loft, the lighting was provided power by brown zip type extension cords. b. In the "barn", a red and black AWG 12/3 extension cord was plugged in next to the roll-up door and providing power to a travel trailer stored in this location.
