Such plates shall not be removed or defaced but, if lost, removed, or defaced, shall be replaced by the owner or his agent. a) Advance Office Installations New Castle, DE - On or about February 26, 2016, the employer stored heavy equipment and office supplies on the shelving throughout the warehouse area of the facility. The shelving was identified not having any approved load rating.
