29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition): a. On or about 02/26/2016, at the job site - employees installing a new street light and pole were not provided with flaggers to control traffic while electric wires were ran across a two way road to a transformer attached to a pole. One employee had an electric contact trying to move the wire away from traffic.
