29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about March 3, 2016, roof area, employees of Labras Construction, LLC were setting trusses and were not protected from falling up to 17 feet 4 inches by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type of fall protection method. b. On or about March 3, 2016, roof area, an employee of Florida Transporters, Inc. was positioning clay tiles around on a 7:12 pitch roof. He was not protected from falling up to 17 feet 4 inches by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type of fall protection method.
