29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for employee(s) and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before employee(s) began the work that necessitates the fall protection: (a) Fourth floor balcony, new apartment construction located at 3700 Brookside Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30022: Employees working at heights of approximately 33-feet, 4-inches from the lower level were not provided with adequate personal fall arrest systems. One employee was wearing no fall protection and one employee was using a personal fall arrest system which was not properly anchored according to the manufacturer's recommendations and the personal fall protection system requirements under CFR 1926.502(d).
