29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation.    a) Construction site at 111 Musselman Rd., Bethel, PA: On or about 3/02/16, the pump jack scaffold located on the front side of the house was not provided base plates and/or mudsills for the wooden poles to prevent sinking or shift.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
