29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Fabrication Area:  On or about March 2, 2016 and at times prior, employees weld and grind on aluminum while wearing a Lincoln Electric Viking 3350 PAPR with a P-100 cartridge.  b) Fabrication Area:  On or about March 2, 2016 and at times prior, employees weld and grind on mild steel while wearing a SAS Bandit Half Face Respirator with a P-100 cartridge.  c) Fabrication Area:  On or about March 2, 2016 and at times prior, employees clean parts in acetone while wearing a SAS Bandit Half Face Respirator with a organic vapor HEPA combination cartridge.
