29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. WORKSHOP: The employer had not updated and revised written hazard communication program including the Globalized Harmonized System (GHS) for the employees equired to work with chemicals, such as (but not limited to) hydraulic oil and coolant. D & L Tool, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1097023, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3a, issued on 11-06-2015, with a final order date of 01-18-2016, with respect to a workplace location at 3821 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06705.
