29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision:   a)  Powder Coat Room, on wall across from powder coat booth, on or about 3/14/16:  A receptacle outlet and fan switch were pulled out of its box and hanging by the conductors, exposing employees to contact with live electrical parts.  b)  Powder Coat Room, on wall across from powder coat booth, on or about 3/14/16:  A junction box had a cover missing and live conductors were hanging out of the box, without any wire nuts attached, exposing employees to contact with live electrical parts.  Abatement documentation must be submitted for these items.
