29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2): Welding cable(s) in use were not free from improper repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected: On or about March 2, 2016, at the Jamul Casino project, the employer did not ensure that the welding leads being utilized in installation of railing for the stairs were free from damage within 10 feet from the electrode connection point exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
