Location: Turn Mill Department, 26 Old IndianTrail, Middlefield, CT 06455 The work rest on the Model #09012162 bench grinder was adjusted/set at one quarter inch from the abrasive wheel periphery. Ramar Hall Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978950 citation number 02 item number 001a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/23/14 with respect to a workplace located at 26 Old Indian Trail, Middlefield, CT 06455.
