29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. On or about March 8, 2016 employees working near the acid tanks were exposed to hazards relating to exiting the building and the employer did not ensure that exit pathways between the acid tanks were maintained at 28 inches or more at all times: a. The walkway between the western-most acid tank (tank #4) and the adjacent tank (tank #3) measured approximately 23 inches. b. The walkway between acid tank #3 and acid tank #2 measured approximately 27.5 inches.
