29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii): 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator of a forklift completed the training consisting workplace-related topics listed in 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)[A] - [I] of this section: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees operating powered industrial trucks at the facility have received adequate training as outlined in this paragraph of the standard. Some employees have not been explained the differences between different types of terrain that they will be operating the vehicles in or the hazards of instable loads. By accomplishing this training employees would be able to identify the differences of how the vehicle will react as they travel over these terrains. The employees are exposed to tipping hazards throughout the facility and its surrounding areas. This most recently occurred on March 7, 2016 on the jobsite located at 4160 Gold Core Rd., Grand Island, NE.
