OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from manually raising a wooden frame wall which was not adequately secured to the deck.    1640 Manley Road, West Chester, PA: On or about March 4, 2016, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from manually raising wooden frame wall measuring approximately thirty-five (35) feet long and nine (9) feet wide that was not adequately secured to the deck.  As the employees were manually raising the wooden frame wall, the wall fell stricking an employee.  The employee sustained a fractured femur.
