29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards from skin absorption of harmful substances: (a) On or about March 8, 2016, for an employee exposed to chemical hazards where the employee was observed with heavily ink contaminated hands and forearms while operating the printing press at or near, 707 East Front Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
