29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about March 4, 2016, Century Construction, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, so as to ensure that employees of Hermes Calderon were protected from hazards that were present at the site including but not limited to, fall hazards created by employees working on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower working surface, performing roofing activities without the benefit of a fall protection system being in place.
