On or about March 8, 2016, at a worksite located at 500 block of Symphony Way, Wadsworth, OH 44281, during construction activities including but not limited to residential home framing, employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 26 feet. The employer did not have any fall protection system/device or any fall protection plan for framing activities. b. On or about March 8, 2016, at a worksite located at 500 block of Symphony Way, Wadsworth, OH 44281, during construction activities including but not limited to residential home framing, employees were exposed to eye hazards while using pneumatic nailers.
