29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) HAAS VF 6 SS, on or about 3/9/16: Compressed air gun used for cleaning was not reduced to less than 30 pounds per square inch. The delivered compressed air pressure was measured at approximately 85 pounds per square inch. b) Bridgeport Mill, on or about 3/9/16: Compressed air gun used for cleaning was not reduced to less than 30 pounds per square inch. The delivered compressed air pressure was measured at approximately 95 pounds per square inch. DAU Thermal Solutions NA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1095578, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/15, with respect to a workplace located at 1657 East Park Drive, Macedon, NY 14502.
