29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a) Employees conducting roofing operations on a 8:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level.    Bohemia Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 793701, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, Issued on 01/09/2013, and was affirmed final order on 01/31/2013, with respect to a workplace located at W141 N10538 Wooded Hills Dr., Germantown, WI 53022.    Bohemia Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 551639, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, Issued on 8/29/2012, and was affirmed final order on 9/19/2012, with respect to a workplace located at W141 N10538 Wooded Hills Dr., Germantown, WI 53022.
