29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about March 7, 2016, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while wrapping a 120/240 volt, 225 Amp, electrical service drop with vinyl shower pan liner membrane. b) On or about March 7, 2016, employees were exposed to electrical hazards where carpentry and siding installation work was conducted adjacent to a 120/240 volt, 225 Amp, electrical service drop. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
