29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by rotating parts: On or about March 8, 2016, and times prior to, Oil Table Indexer #4703 in Department 13, employees were not protected from contact with openings on the indexer conveyor guide rail as employees retrieved shock absorbers from the oil table. Employees were exposed to contact with pinch points.
