29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.      a)  On March 8, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while receiving tubs of mortar on a tubular welded frame scaffold platform elevated approximately 40'-4" above the ground.    b)  On March 8, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 40'-4" while crossing from one scaffold platform to another at the corner of the structure.     c)  On March 8, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 40'-4" while performing masonry work from tubular welded frame scaffolding that had an unprotected side.
