29 CFR 1904.40(a): Basic requirement. When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, you must provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. a. Record-keeping - On or about March 03, 2016 at approximately 1300, records were requested during opening conference for the referenced inspection. Documents were not provided in accordance with OSHA requirements. b. Record-keeping - On or about March 11, 2016 a document request was issued to employer specifying OSHA record-keeping documents within five working days (Due no later than the close of business on March 18, 2018). This request was answered on March, 22, 2016.
