29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Turkey Hill Roof - Employees working on the roof of a Turkey Hill were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twelve (12) and a half (1/2) feet, on or about March 9th, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
