Chiefs Office, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained with an extension cord and used to supply power to computer equipment. 2. Mobile VACIS Office, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with an extension cord and used to supply power to computer equipment. 3. NII VACIS Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Mr. Coffee mill, the Mr. Coffee 12 cup drip coffee maker, and the Magic Chef refrigerator. 4. NII VACIS Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Hamilton Beach water kettle. 5. Trade Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Honeywell humidifier. 6. Agriculture Chiefs Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Kenmore refrigerator. 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: a) Facility, where the carpeting located throughout the work space, including but not limited to, the Trade Office cubicle area, the gym, and the entrance to the mens restroom, created tripping hazards due to tears and frayed edges.
