29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems (PFAS). (a) Thrive Home Builders at 4931-4935 Valentia Street, Denver, CO 80238: The controlling employer did not ensured the use of fall protection while employees working for a roofing contractor installed new shingles on a three story multi family residence. As a result, 3 workers were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the ground below.
