(a) Mobark Industries Ring Debarker, Model#25 OUK SN#871014 located in the yard and leading into the sawyer building. (b) Sawyer and Carriage located in the sawyer building. (c) Holtec Swing Saw, SN#00046, located in the lay down yard nearest to the sawyer building. (d) Woods 412M Planer located inside of the pallet slat construction building. (e) Mutlisaw, located inside the pallet slat construction building. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

Chain and sprockets at end of conveyor were not guarded. (b) Lumber conveyor, pallet slat construction building. Chain and sprockets at end of conveyor were not guarded. (c) Ring, debarker, sawyer building. Chain and sprocket drive on debarker deck was not guarded. (d) Plane log conveyor, pallet slat construction building. Chain and sprocket at conveyor end was not guarded on open side. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
