The combination of rise/tread dimensions used that result in a stairway at an angle to the horizontal within the permissible range.     a) Sun Pharma 270 Prospect Plains Rd., Cranbury, NJ site -  Manufacturing:    Blender rooms including but not limited to M-3, and M-7    The stairs provided that enable access to blender room platforms were designed in a manner that resulted in a 55 degree  stair angle. The angle of the stairs does not allow for employees to safely descend.    Condition noted on or about 3/8/2016.
