29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. Cornerstone at Milford Assisted Living, LLC at 11 Birch Street. Milford, MA: On or about March 11, 2016, the employer did not have a written Exposure Control Plan for Blood Borne Pathogens. Employees have experienced needle stick injuries and have been exposed to blood and other potentially infectious material.
