29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(iv): Hose connections were not clamped or otherwise securely fastened in a manner that would withstand, without leakage, twice the pressure to which they would normally be subjected in service, but in no case less than a pressure of 300psi: a) Precon Marine, Yard: On or about 03/11/2016, employees were observed on a barge using an oxygen hose that was repaired at the joint and not pressure tested to at least 300 psi as a result employees were exposed to possible burns. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
