29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location - 103 Elm Street, Pepperell, MA. On or about November 12, 2015, an employee was not protected from falling while working/walking on a roof greater than 21 feet 5 inches in height to ground level. Employee fell off roof.
