29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    (a)    Sears Outlet Stores LLC at 701 Osage St, Denver, CO 80204: On and before March 8, 2016, the housekeeper in the warehouse section of the establishment was not using protective eye equipment while using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, ZEP Stainless Steel Pol Z. This condition exposed employees to serious eye irritation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet:    (a)    Sears Outlet Stores LLC at 701 Osage St., Denver, CO: On and before March 8, 2016, the employer did not develop a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present in the warehouse. Employees are potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, the following:     1) Zep Stainless Steel Pol Z  2) Permapoxy 84101  3) Goo Gone Pro Power  4) WD-40  5) Triad III Disinfectant Cleaner  6) Loctite 242 Threadlocker
