29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (a) Press operators were not provided training regarding hazardous decomposition products that can be emitted during rubber injection molding processes. Potential health hazards associated with exposure to these hazardous decomposition products include (but may not be limited to) irritation to the eyes, skin, and respiratory system. (b) Mold Maintenance Technicians were not provided training regarding hazardous decomposition products that can be emitted when using Glo Mold to clean presses. Potential health hazards associated with exposure to these hazardous decomposition products include (but may not be limited to) irritation to the eyes, skin, and respiratory system.
