On or about March 16, 2016, while using a mobile crane to install wooden roof trusses for the construction of an apartment building, the employer created struck by and pinch/crush hazards to employees working for a framing contractor, by not erecting and maintaining control lines, warning lines, or other similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the swing radius of the mobile crane.
