29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about March 14, 2016, employees were installing shingles on a residential that was up to approximately 20 feet high. The employer did not ensure that personal fall arrest systems were installed and used, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
