29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations rated 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (A), (B) and (C) of this paragraph: a) Facility/Box making machine (electric 110 V; air 110 psi) - On or about 3/16/16, the box making machine is energized through the use of an extension cord (temporary electrical power) and for purposes other that those permitted by sub paragraphs, or; (a) During and for remodeling, maintenance, or repair of building structures, or equipment, and similar activities; (b) For a period not to exceed 90 days for Christmas decorative lighting, carnivals and similar purposes; and, (c) For experimental or developmental work, and during emergencies. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
