Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.:   On or about 03/12/2016, an employee from Panera, LLC, dba Saint Louis Bread Company was exposed to hazards such as those created by rotating parts of the bagel molder belt system.  This caused the employee to be caught-by the system causing an amputation of his right thumb.
